I am so excited because a dream of mine for years has finally become a reality. So often I talk with leaders struggling with kids worship and I realize that one of the key factors of the disconnect is a lack of understanding of what worship is, why we do it and how we participate. I’ve worked with my friend Johnny Rogers (Kidmo curriculum) to develop five lessons for to teach kids the heart of worship by looking at David’s life and example.
It’s the time of year again to start thinking about fall festivals and events. We want to make it easy for you to not just give candy and prizes but to give items to kids and families that will plant eternal seeds. Romans 10:17 says: “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.” Music is a great way to plant God’s Word deep into the heart of the listener. For a limited time, » Read more

When it comes to singing songs to King Jesus, kids always seem to enjoy a little rock when they worship the Rock of Ages.
That’s why Yancy’s Deep Dive Master Class at Mega-Con is called “Praise and Worship That Rocks.” The popular worship leader—who kids love for her exciting musical style—will show you why pumping some volume and energy into the reverence of worship enables kids to understand that meaningful worship of God can also be fun!
Last night I had a concert in Little Rock, AR at First Assembly of God. I was there a couple years ago and their children’s pastor, Brian Dollar is a friend. I remember as “Roots for the Journey” first released hearing a story about a sick little girl in Brian’s church. If you don’t know much about “Roots for the Journey”, it’s scripture filled music that is very acoustic, calm, peaceful and worship filled.
I love hearing stories of how kids respond to the songs of “Little Praise Party”.
Just yesterday I heard a story of a little boy who said about “Love One Another”, “this song helps me calm down.”
What’s your kids’ favorite “Little Praise Party” song?
P.S. Did you know there are now videos for “The Springtime Song”,
A great family friend of mine is Sam Luce. He recently sent me a link to some blog posts he wrote last year based on what he saw lived out on The Bachelor.
I’m telling you if you want your kids to grow up and have healthy relationships and confidence then please take 5 minutes and soak up this truth. http://samluce.com/?s=bachelor
I hope you love this truth as much as I did.
