It’s officially December. The Christmas shopping is officially underway for most. People have houses decorated inside and out to celebrate this super fun season. It’s truly my favorite time of year. I’m very excited to start my Christmas tour this Sunday in the Indianapolis area. I’ll be on the road for about 8 days doing Christmas concerts and singing songs from my “Have A Fancy Yancy Christmas” CD. Inviting others to join in the singalong fun and be reminded of what this season is really all about.
Christmas is coming……soon! Christmas is one of my favorite times of year because it involves giving. I know from time to time I hear of leaders looking for an item they can give as a special “thank you” to their faithful volunteers who have served all year in kids ministry. Others are looking for a Christmas gift for their worship team, Awana groups or each kid in their ministry.
This year, we’ve been blessed with an opportunity to help you put something of value (not to mention filled with the Gospel and message of the season) in their hands at a low cost to you.
My heart is full. I had a great weekend out on the road. I went to 3 different churches that all had staff members I’ve known for a very long time. It was so great to see familiar faces even if some I had not seen in years. I did a couple family concerts, a college event and a preschool concert. Here’s a picture of me and Bella. A three year old that just might be the biggest Yancy fan ever.
Hello friends one and all.
Today is the big day I’ve been waiting for now for months: “Have A Fancy Yancy Christmas” CD is in stores TODAY! While watching TV yesterday I realized that today is also the day ‘Snow White’ comes out on BluRay…now I’m not trying to promote Snow White but she is my favorite Disney Princess so I thought it was special that me and Snow White have the same release date.
