Online Store Details:

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All orders must be paid at the time of placing the order. We usually ship orders within a day or so but please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order. You can send questions about ordering to: Orders@YancyNotNancy.com.

Coupon Codes:

Only one coupon code may be used per order. To receive coupon codes when available, make sure to sign up for our email list on the website home page. We reserve the right to refuse any order or to make changes to any specials or promotions as needed.

Return Policy:

We only accept returns for defective merchandise. Please send us information on the problem you are experiencing with the product to Orders@YancyNotNancy.com. No other refunds will be given.

Quantity discounts:

We have 10 and 50 packs of CD’s available on the site. Please email us if you’re looking for a larger quantity, have a special event, or a specific budget. Make sure to tell us the item you’re wanting and the quantity you need. We’ll do our best to create a deal for you. orders@yancynotnancy.com

Audio Streaming & Downloads:

All of our music is available for streaming and download at Apple Music, Spotify, YouTube Music, Pandora, iTunes, Amazon and most everywhere else you find music.

CHURCH WORSHIP VIDEOS DOWNLOADS & USB DRIVES:

Our lyric worship videos for churches, schools, and camps are available for download from WorshipHouseKids.com and AmberSkyRecords.com. Many video downloads also come with the video soundtrack version. Many of our physical product versions of our Church Resources can be shipped to you and include a USB Drive with Digital Files including MP4 Videos, MP3 Audio, and print materials.

Church Worship Audio:

Don’t have all of the instruments you would like to hear? Now you can fill out the sound of your band with MultiTrack audio file stems. These are the original masters from Yancy’s worship music and you can mix them the way you want PLUS have a choice of 6 keys. Need it a step up, a step down, or a few steps different? This feature is now available for Yancy’s music exclusively at LoopCommunity.com.

Soundtrack Video files are included on all of our Church Resources. In addition, stereo soundtracks (Audio only) can be ordered for $15 per song through our office at 615-631-6862 x1 or Orders@YancyMinistries.com

Lyrics & Charts:

Many of our newer Church Resource include lyric & chart PDFs. For our older music, lyrics & chart PDFs can be downloaded by album title for many of the songs. Look on our website homepage under the Music menu.
