A couple years ago after taking my own son to a Paw Patrol Live event here in Nashville, I realized that parents want to create memories with their children. They will spend money, time, energy and even endure the inconvenience of parking and travel to go to an event where they can create a fun time spent with their child.
Realizing this as a parent made me even more grateful as a minister for the opportunities I’ve been given to partner with churches.
Time has gotten away from me this year in making a supplemental VBS song list but here it is. This list of songs includes ten different VBS curriculums out there. Thanks for considering these suggested songs based on content and themes. I love being your partner in ministry! I am so grateful to all of you that sing my songs and use my videos in your Kidmin.
At some point the past year I came across a song called “Monuments”. It’s lyrics blew me away and stopped me in my tracks from the very first listen.
“One look at what You’ve done
Is A glimpse of what’s to come
Every miracle, Every step of faith
Every victory, rises up to say
We are the monuments
Of Your Faithfulness”
See for awhile I’ve felt like I was at an in-between space.
I decided to try something new. This something new is because time is ticking away, literally! Meet my new COUNTDOWNS:
Super Wonderful Countdown (extra perfect for your next superhero themed event or series)
Strength & Shield Countdown (high energy, colorful, and perfect for your next worship service, VBS/camp or special event.)
Your download includes two audio versions: Full mix with the vocals singing (A great way to connect to worship songs you currently use or plan to introduce) and a complete instrumental track.
A little back story for this post…last May I was attending a conference and one of the Pastors at the church walked up and gave me a word about me flowing in the gift of prophetic. I’ll be honest at first I didn’t really understand what that meant or looked like for me. Not imagining me walking up to people prophesying, etc. But in the weeks that followed I received a couple other confirmations from people that had no idea of this previous word.
It was a joy to speak and share with leaders at INCM’s Children’s Pastor’s Conference in Orlando. Here are the notes from my sessions.

Dear friends and ministry partners,
Every single week I receive posts, pictures, emails and videos of my songs in action. Whether it be from a parent sharing how the music has impacted their child or a church leader sharing how the worship resources has transformed their ministry, every single time I am reminded why I do this. Each story represents lives impacted. I often stand back blown away at how God has taken my songs literally around the world.
I wanted to drop you a note today and let you know that I so appreciate your prayers, purchases & gifts for this ministry. I’m blessed and encouraged that you choose to be part of this community where we share the awesome value of teaching children to worship our Lord.
