Hello everyone.
I’ve had a fun couple weeks. It’s been busy. I went out to sunny, warm California a couple weekends ago. As so many places have dropping temperatures it was fun to be in the sun. I got to be a part of Church 212’s anniversary weekend. They were celebrating the church’s first birthday. It was so fun celebrating with the people and staff this milestone in their history. If you’re ever in the area go check them out there in Palm Desert, CA.

Next we celebrated my husband’s birthday. Yes, Cory turned the big 3-0. Don’t worry he’s handling it pretty well. He just rubs it in that he’s older and wiser than me now :-).

Last weekend I went up to the total opposite of sunny and warm. I went north to Grand Rapids, MI. It was the second tour stop on the SuperStart tour for preteens. It was a great two days there. It was also fun to stop by the Family Christian Store offices and meet with their music staff. I got to meet them, they got to meet me. I appreciate their support of “Have A Fancy Yancy Christmas”. Speaking of, I was so excited to see it’s available through a ton of mainstream outlets online like: amazon.com, bestbuy.com, target.com, barnesandnoble.com, borders.com I mean basically you pick your favorite store and ta da….there it is. I appreciate so much the nice messages on facebook, twitter and emails I’ve received of people enjoying the Christmas music.

On Tuesday of this week I was so blessed to be a part of the Orange Tour stop right here in Franklin, TN at The People’s Church. What a blessing to be with Reggie Joiner, Sue Miller and the wonderful reThink staff. I love what they do. They are champions for relevant ways to communicate to kids and students the love of Jesus.

I’m headed to Mobile, AL tomorrow to two wonderful churches. Both have staffs that I’ve know personally all or most of my life. So excited about being with great friends and meeting a ton of families. I know we’ll have an amazing time singing and praising together.

Alot of really neat, fun things are coming up in my world. I’ll continue to update you over the next few weeks on all the scoop. Thanks for your love and support and your prayers. I couldn’t do what I do with out each of you. Be blessed and remember “He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it.” Go dream and run your race like never before. The finish line has an amazing reward!
